Dear DISK Community,
Get ready, DISK! 🌳 Bullying Prevention & Child Protection Week is almost here, 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟗–𝟐𝟖!

Students will learn to 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞, 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐬𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 bullying, and discover what it really means to be a good friend, be kind, belong, and speak up.

Here’s what’s coming:

• 𝐎𝐜𝐭 𝟏𝟗: Kick-off assembly, students wear red to show our spiritual values.
• 𝐎𝐜𝐭 𝟐𝟎–𝟐𝟏: Fun, interactive talks for students
• 𝐎𝐜𝐭 𝟏𝟗–𝟐𝟐: Kindness Forest 🌳 Our trees grow with four themes: kindness, friendship, speaking up, and belonging.
• 𝐎𝐜𝐭 𝟐𝟑: Gallery walk to explore the forest together, plus ice cream! 🍦

Parents, you can join in too: ask your child about their Kindness Forest tree and chat about being kind, a good friend, including others and speaking up.

Please remember to dress your child up in a 𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐭 on 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐎𝐜𝐭. 𝟏𝟗
