Dominican International School Kaoshiung (DISK) Guidance Counselor, Mr. Francis Ray Subong, RGC, attended the Council of International Schools – East Asia Regional Council of Schools (CIS-EARCOS) Institute on International Admission and Guidance last September 22-23, 2023, at Shangri-la Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand.
The event allowed DISK to maximize networking opportunities in international admissions to prepare and provide our students with many exciting worldwide study prospects. The different sessions attended by Mr. Subong provided insights on the recent trends in international admission, mental health, and well-being, including international student mobility support, regional developments, and other topics related to students in Asia who aspire to study internationally and establish critical connections to other schools and admission counselors as well as international school leaders across Asia, US, Australia, and Europe.
